Startingthe second quarter of 2013, AUO prepares annually consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, International Accounting Standards, and relevant Interpretations (collectively, "IFRSs") as issued by International Accounting Standards Board ("IASB"). As such, from the second quarter of 2013, AUO no longer provides U.S. GAAP-based consolidated financial statements and relevant information in the future.
