Besides challenging yourself,
you can enrich your life at AUO!

In the beginning, I chose to join AUO because my major is highly related to the position.

After I started working at AUO, I discovered that EE engineers at AUO require not only knowledge of circuit designs but also require an understanding of other processes, interfaces, and coding techniques. Fortunately, my colleagues and supervisors are all amiable. They took time to coach me in each segment step by step and respected my ideas.

As a sports lover, I like AUO's culture of encouraging exercise. There are sports seasons, road running, and basketball club activities, to name a few. It comforts me that the company cares for our welfare and does what it can to promote our physical and mental health.

Smart Manufacturing Engineer

An extremely friendly corporate culture that offers opportunities to fresh graduates!

Many companies seek experienced talents, making it difficult for fresh graduates to join the company. After I came to AUO for interviews, I realized that AUO has a lot of resources in smart manufacturing and is willing to give graduates opportunities.

In the early stage, we started with manufacturing process learning. To build a good model, we must have sufficient domain knowledge. The supervisor provided me with plenty of room and time to adapt to the new job as I am a fresh graduate who needs to accumulate more experience. My senior colleagues also took great care of me.

The "AUO Elite Camp" organized by the company for newcomers, cultivated a great attitude and trained the skills needed when I entered the workforce. It also allowed me to bridge the gap between academia and the industry thoroughly and guided me to figure out a career path for professional enhancement in the future.

Software Engineer

Attach importance to teamwork; you will not fight alone in AUO!

My specialty is program coding, and I have experience developing the Internet of Things platforms, such as PaaS and artificial intelligence (AI).

I believe that the main difference between AUO and other software companies lies in the scale of the project and the associated areas involved. In the past, I only needed to specialize in a specific domain of knowledge and skill and finish gadget coding. In AUO, however, it is not the case, as I may need to explore diverse areas of knowledge and ask for support from team members to complete the projects.

Although there were setbacks in the process, I received full support through discussions with my colleagues and supervisor. I enjoy co-working with my colleagues who are willing to share their expertise with me and support me. I could always get a sense of achievement when I accomplished the tasks with my team members.
